iss Monica is proactive, leads through action, and shares so many ideas and a unique perspective that is so valued at RMA. She is a bright light to the students, a true bridge amongst all staff, and a connecting agent with which the school community flows through.

Miss Monica joined the Raab Montessori Academy team as a substitute and found such a strong sense of belonging and purpose that she signed on for a full time position in the toddler room. Miss Monica has two children that both attend RMA. For her to find her own value and place within the school community that has allowed her children to flourish, has been a rewarding and gratifying experience. She takes so much pride in the school and has been eager to help where needed and devote the time and energy to making RMA the best that it can be. Being a mother has always been her biggest dream in life, and she now relishes the opportunity to set and accomplish her own goals while still devoting her life to being a mom.

Watching her students grow day to day has fulfilled her in so many unexpected ways and allowed her to more deeply connect with and commit to this newfound role of teacher.
