Jillian always had a passion to teach and learn from others. She grew up with three brothers the oldest, Tim, having severe disabilities. Helping her parents with Tim and watching the way he looked at the world, led her to want to become a teacher. Jillian graduated from The College of New Jersey with my masters in Special Education, bachelor degrees in elementary education and psychology. With over 11 years experience,  teaching in Thailand, Somers Point, and Upper Township. She joined the RMA team in 2023 to learn and explore more of the Montessori Curriculum.
