Kylie is committed to building an open and valued relationship with each Raab Montessori family as the Head of School and also creating a peaceful and nurturing environment for the children to learn and explore as the Lead Montessori Teacher. 

Miss Kylie studied early childhood education at Saint Joseph’s University and then went on to get her Master’s in Education and her Montessori certification at Chestnut Hill College. She taught in traditional preschool and elementary school settings during her undergraduate years, but she always viewed education both in her training and her teaching through a Montessori lens. She did her student teaching in a Montessori school and continued teaching Montessori education for 3 years, before opening her own school. She saw a need for Montessori education in her area and sought to provide a quality early childhood program to her community. She established Raab Montessori Academy in September 2020, and she is currently the Head of School and Lead Montessori Teacher.
