“Human spirit is the ability to face the uncertainty of the future with curiosity and optimism.”
Raab Montessori Academy was built through passion and love with the goal of creating a place that I felt proud sending my nephews to and one day sending my own children to. This drove my desire to fulfill the need in our community for early childhood education of this quality. Each aspect of RMA from the warm and peaceful classroom environments, the beautiful and purposeful materials on the shelves, the customized lessons and approach to learning, down to the way in which we interact with our students on a daily basis has all been carefully and intentionally designed to appeal to the development of the young child. With quality as the core value, my mission will always be to ensure that every RMA student that enters our doors is nurtured in their unique educational needs and supported in a way that develops a true love of learning, a desire to challenge oneself, and a deeper connectedness to the world.

At RMA we believe that every child has unique potential with which they can succeed. We consider each student as their own individual, deserving of respect and requiring ample opportunities to flourish. We aim to actualize the child’s innate capabilities through child lead experiences that appeal to each student’s inherent strengths and interests. RMA puts every child at the forefront of their own learning.
RMA follows an inclusive and detailed curriculum with specific learning goals, achieved at the pace of the individual child. Each student is exposed to a wide variety of advanced content and real world experiences. By presenting abstract concepts through concrete and hands on materials, there are no limitations within our curriculum. Each child can pursue their passions, develop a strong sense of self, and learn in a way that is accessible to them.
RMA uniquely uses the authentic Montessori curriculum accompanied by freedom of exploration. This allows each child to use their own concrete learning experiences to lead an educational journey tailored to their specific learning styles. With this balanced approach, we are able to provide our students with a vast curriculum that is comprehensive, while also requiring a deeper level of thinking and understanding.
