Bringing a Love of Nature and Hands-On Learning to Every Classroom

Miss Lauren grew up in a small coastal town in Northern California and earned her degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Over the past four years, she has gained diverse experience in education, including garden-based learning for elementary students, middle school science student teaching, substitute teaching, and full-time first-grade instruction.

A lifelong travel and nature enthusiast, Miss Lauren enjoys bringing her passions into the classroom to spark curiosity and a love of learning. She values the Montessori philosophy for its focus on fostering independence in children and is delighted to serve as a facilitator at Raab Montessori Academy. She looks forward to partnering with families on the exciting journey of their child’s education.
