With a Masters in Preschool Education, Miss Richelle taught for 5 years in a traditional school setting before discovering Raab Montessori Academy. She has since found a passion in Montessori education and a home in RMA as our Head Toddler Teacher.

Miss Richelle had always planned to be teacher, and has a Masters in Preschool Education. She taught for 5 years in a traditional school setting before discovering Raab Montessori Academy, and she has since found a passion in Montessori education and a home in RMA.

Miss Richelle is currently pursuing her Nido and Toddler Montessori certification, and she will graduate a MACTE certified Montessori lead. With her training, she has already brought so many creative ideas and so much purpose to the toddler classroom. Miss Richelle brings and enthusiasm and energy that makes every child and family feel loved and valued. She is eager to continually change out the materials and provide new learning opportunities for the students by creating new and engaging activities. She prides herself on fostering a child led environment that provides opportunities for the children to push themselves to be more independent and take a more active role in their everyday lives.

Miss Richelle makes learning fun and challenges our toddler students academically to build a stronger foundation with which to take with them to primary and to guide them through the rest of their lives. Miss Richelle also exposes our students to Spanish, which enhances our culture and language curriculum in a beautiful way. When Miss Richelle is not devoted to her Montessori kids, she is reading, visiting bookstores, and loving all things Harry potter.
