With a lifetime experience of both teaching and raising her own children, and experience in Montessori administration, Miss Monica is devoted to sharing her knowledge and serving invaluably wherever she is needed in our classroom.
Miss Lauren brings her love of nature, travel, and hands-on learning to the classroom, inspiring children to explore, grow, and develop independence through the Montessori philosophy.
Miss Monica is proactive, leads through action, and shares so many ideas and a unique perspective that is so valued at RMA. She is a bright light to the students, a true bridge amongst all staff, and a connecting agent with which the school community flows through.
Miss Jenna keeps everything on track in our toddler room and is a great asset to all of the inner workings of the school. She also runs our after school program.
Nefertiti has a master’s in Montessori Elementary Education and loves seeing her student’s intellectual curiosity and confidence grow.
Miss Casey draws on over a decade of diverse teaching experiences, blending her love for nature, the arts, and authentic Montessori practice to nurture each child’s curiosity and growth.
